Since i'm a foreign applicant, i would like to focus on a school that has other srengths than languages...^^. (like Midd)

On an academic level, is UCLA better than NYU?
Are UCLA students happy?
What about Midd, compared to those two huge universities?
Is Midd a good option for an applicant already fluent in several languages?

At NYU, you'll be in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world and at Middlebury, you'll pretty much be in the middle of nowhere.
And I think UCLA is better academically, but I can't say much about their language programs.

Middlebury and NYU couldn't be more different. I would consider Middlebury a better academic experience with a stronger student body and a better atmosphere for a college experience. You have your whole life to live in a city afterwards. However, since you applied to these other two, something must have drawn you to city schools, so would think you need to figure out what the reason is and it provides with a better experience. Middlebury isn't only a school for studying languages and is solid across all its offerings.

I would choose UCLA or Middlebury. I hear that NYU does not have a proper campus, if that's something that matters to you. Middlebury is beautiful. I live in Los Angeles and UCLA is in a very nice, leafy area. As for languages, all I know for sure is that UCLA has a strong Italian department.

P.S. Would you mind looking at my post about Northwestern vs. Bryn Mawr?
