-0 for M right?

Cali cutoff last year was 223 so 50/50?

@ psatperson

Haha thanks but r u sure thts accurate? Ca’s qualifying score last year was 223

Omg im gonna drive myself crazy…

It was created by Princeton Review so not exactly sure… But yeah ive been driving my self crazy since section 1

@hanapiano

yeah that’s what I was thinking

I’m using this: http://www.collegeplanningsimplified.com/NationalMerit.html

I was looking at the curves on the a c and s forms from last year- r s curves always the worst???

Nope, it varies depending on the difficulty of each test

@noocie?

really? oh good. my friends thought that their wednesday test was really easy while i thought this particular one was rather difficult (or is that just me?)

anyways, i thought that the s forms would have worser curves because they occur later in the week and we have more time… no?

also, we get our scores in december right? but when do they announce qualifying national merit scores?

Ah I’m back on because I’m bored.
@hanapiano: Yes, you get your scores back early December (varies depending on school), but qualifiers are not announced until the next school year (almost certain).

@anyone: Predict a W curve based on the difficulty of this test? Will it be a 80,76,71 curve or more lenient (such as an 80,78,76…)?

Hey what did you guys get for the average speed math question?

I dont think it will be very lenient because it was relatively easy

@PSATPERSON
I remember that one clearly. You solve by averaging. 1(40)+2(60)+1(50) all divided by 4 (the total # of hours in order to get miles per hour). You should get 52.5 mph.
PSATPERSON can you tell me all the N/Es you got other than the sunflower one?

Personally i only got the sunflower one, but others said the union was NE as well but i thought that there was a tense error.

Thank you! Same here! And was the “presumably” one an idiomatic error? Many people have told me that it was but I just wanted to make sure.

What did you say for the one about the job opportunities?

Can you possibly add to that? I don’t recall the question.

Yes Presumably for the volcano was incorrect. The presumably choice included “it”, right?

It was about how a survey was done and job opportunites for the next year were determined

Yes, I think so…
