Wait, was “among my friends and I” the error? Or was that question NE?

And the mammal one had an error, “its.”

Anyone completely BS the essay and still get a 10+?

I BSed 2 examples of the importance creative art
Roughly 1 and 3/4 page

What score would this get?

i thought the writing was fairly easy. and yes i believe among my friends and I was the error in that question.

do you think that interpreting the outdoors as outside of your town and natural environment as your hometown is off topic?
Also, what did you guys get for the paragraph correction one with the “organic is more” ending, was it from comparison?

Yeah my essay was pretty bad, but I think it was the good kind of BS. Hit or miss really. I talked about how students who play an instrument are more disciplined and perform better on exams, drama helps people express their feelings in a health way (as opposed to smoking/drinking/drugs/self-mutilation/etc.,) and how creative writing can help express feelings like drama, but also improve a student’s English scores and writing abilities. The last paragraph wasn’t that great, but I wrote almost both pages (left the bottom five lines blank,) so hopefully a good score.

Anyone knows the answer for #9 on the last section?

D) Excercising outdoors is more… than indoors, because of the more wind resistance
E) Excercising outdoors is more… than indoors, becuase there is more wind resistance

thanks!

^you phrased that wrongly.

Here is the ACTUAL phrasing:

D) Excercising outdoors is more… than indoors, which is in part because of the more wind resistance
E) Excercising outdoors is more… than indoors, in part becuase there is more wind resistance

For Sentence Errors, did anyone get 0 No Errors? I didn’t have an experimental writing section.

Also on the 2nd to last question on the section ten was the answer:
“The blahblahblah, which resulted from either the change and the speed in direction.” or “The blahblahblah, resulting either from the change and the speed in direction.”?

isn’t it E^

i think i put E for that question as well

@TRUFFLIEPUFF
yeah me too, the only no error i had was the one about the mammals

mhnguyen: There was a questions on mammals that most people put NE for

Does anyone know what the writing experimental was?

@Eric: Are you talking about the question about rewording for the sentence “People believe the cost is justified because…more healthful than conventionally produced food”? I said “organically produced food is.” Another choice was “such produce must be.”

can someone make a consolidated list please? :D

anymore opinions on the mammal question?

I had only one no error. and that was the mammal question…

@coup Thank you for verifying another problem :P, i was about to ask that too. But no, I asked for the problem right after that; the one about 40 percent nutrients or whatever.

I had another no error on the one with “from which we would not be swayed” or something about the friends opinions. I also had the mammal one for NE.

@Eric: Oh, are you asking about the concluding sentence for the passage? :\ Since the last paragraph was about the environmental benefits of growing organic produce, I think I chose, for the last sentence, something about the consumer ultimately deciding whether the cost is worth it?

Oh, or maybe you’re talking about the ‘sometimes, organic produce isn’t necessarily more healthy’ question? For that, I said “for instance” to begin the sentence about how an organic apple can sit on the shelf for longer, and therefore it would be less healthy than a conventionally grown thing or, er … something like that.

Too bad I remember nothing about the writing section, so i have no idea what my score will be :(
