October 2011 SAT Mathematics

lol nynjal you missed that question. I believe it was -1<2y<0. I put 0.5 (0.25+0.25). I got the 2 circle arcs one wrong, since I put 96pi. I bubbled 96pi+64 first but decided to change it >.<

****ing 1024.

@googiegoo99 I did get twenty for that one. So I think that was right.

Um what’ll be the approximate curve? I was being completely stupid and totally took the long way to solve most of the problems…so I ended up omitting like 5. And I’m assuming 1 or 2 wrong, so a -6 or -8?

SCARVES question: I thought about 24/25 but it didn’t fit in the boxes! Plus, it was only question #15, so I figured it couldn’t be that hard.

excuse my poor drawing [ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting](ImageShack - Best place for all of your image hosting and image sharing needs)

It was 20 for the different paths: 5 choices to get to the circle times 4 choices out of the circle = 20 paths.

This math section seemed pretty easy much easier than the March one. I think I got most of them except for what was that one where for ten values f(x) is undefined what couldn’t be x? I had no idea. Anyone?

I simplified 24/25 to .96
I’m probably wrong.

Someone on this board asked for help on a question just like the scarves one only 2-3 days ago, so I already knew what to do before I got done reading the question. I hope the curve is lenient (hopefully -1 = 790, 800 is probably out of the question)

The scarves was 4/5 because she was always going to have one scarf with a match and she had a 1 in 5 chance of grabbing that match. It wasn’t like there was only one matching pair total.

What was #13 on the math grid in? Not the answer, the question.

what was that question asking i forgot about the 96pi + 64

These are the answers in orderfor the first math section. tell me if i’m wrong

^Do you remember the questions?

was the 96pi + 64 choice E

D^

any1 remember the cylinder problem where it asked to find surface area??

^I put A. 450, but I mean…I guessed…

what was the answer to the pollution question? Was it 0.9 or 0.38? Only respond if you are 100% sure that you know the answer

Greenonions the answer choice was D? then what was E
