bump anyone?????

lol I actually did worse. I even took a Kaplan course to help me, and unfortunately it didn't help me at all.

Comparing it to June, it seemed much harder

I haven't received my scores yet, however, English/Math seemed easier, Reading was a little harder, and Science was a lot harder than normal for me. However, I guess there is a great curve, so that should make up for it.

Harder. But that seems to be the trend - good think I'm done!

i was just wondering because it seemed like the curve was pretty generous this time and im not sure that i could score higher if i were to take it again

i always make my biggest score jumps on the october test. i was stuck at a 30,30,29,28,30 from oct. to june of last year and then when i took it this last time i got a 33. a lot of people think the december test is the easiest but i always think its the october

Wow, you've taken the ACT quite a few times. O_O

December 2005 (w/o writing):
E: 33
M: 28
R: 30
S: 25
Composite: 29

October 2006 (w/ writing):
E: 36!
M: 31
R: 36!
S: 28
Composite: 33
Essay: 8 :(
Combined English/Writing: 32

I thought the Oct test was much easier but I did study a week before the test w/ Princeton Review's 2006 prep book.

Oct test was kinda crappy...
Eng's difficulty was the same as ever
Math was harder... Took a nap during teh June one but didnt even finish on this one...
reading and scie... same as ever

i thought the october test was harder, but i ended up improving.

Boo21: My son also took a Kaplan course & didn't improve his scores. Are you going to try to get your money back?

i came back from the october test thinking it was the easiest ACT i had taken, and i had take 3 (32, 33, 33) and i was right... i improved my score to a 35!

TNMom, yes I am. I'm calling Kaplan tommorow. They did say that if you dont' improve, you get your money back :)
