i found the country one rather straight-forward, a poet is in love with a woman and she is noble or something and has to move from the town to the countryside so he describes how boring life is there, maybe countryside symbolizing her life without him, too and then the focus changes from her to him and he briefly says how he can't stop thinking of her...

yea, that was my interpretation as well...

i think the first time was the previous criminal act...

what was the last question for that country passage?

What's the typical curve for Lit? Like, how many can you miss and still get an 800?

I just took it today. I didn't think it was ~too~ bad.

raw score of 59 (out of 61) is an 800.

Aren't we not allowed to discuss the questions? I remember that's what the test administrator told my room. If we are, I'd like to discuss a few ^_~!

Are we allowed to discuss these questions? I didn't see any embargo/ restrictions on the first page...

Anyone remember the dragon's tooth question?

I think we're not. we're doin' it though, for all the subjects:) it might relieve our anxiety and possibly help those taking it tomorrow:D

but what else could you intrepret that as? he pretty much says, this criminal act made the other "one" or "thing" a non-factor roughly speaking

Threehittolumby, think it was something with the reproduction quality or something...

Dragon teeth = allusion to the story of Cadmus from Ovid's Metamorphoses.

ok, there was no such choice I think and you're not supposed to be using any prior knowledge apart form basic general outlook...

Yeah, lol, there wasn't any such choice. I was just telling you what piece of literature it was alluding to. Your answer, I remember, is good.

I feel like i put something about revenge..but i'm not really sure, haha.

did anyone put that the man detested rich people?

no. (10 char)

nope... i think for that question the answer was that he had some knowledge of jewellery...if i'm not mixing two different q's...

what was the answer?
