<p>How are the internet connections at UMBC? How fast are they typically when trying to download your average sized video file, in terms of kilobytes a second. Do they block bittorrent? I wouldn't mind and honestly would prefer they do block any P2P programs.</p>
<p>I'm looking to live in dorms but honestly I can't live with slow internet connections, right now at home I have a 20mbps fiber optic connection.</p>
