Hey everyone. This is currently my second year at my CCC and I am planning to apply to transfer this fall. I had originally planned to be an Econ/Biz Econ major, but found that I have absolutely no interest in it after my first year. The IGETC requirements and 60 units won't be an issue for me.

I plan on applying to UCLA as a history major, with hopes of getting into the accounting minor as I do enjoy both of these. I also want to be a CPA in the future. I am on route to being TAP certified this year. My GPA is currently a 3.66, but I plan on bringing that up to a 3.7+. My major GPA is currently a 4.0 for the history pre-reqs, with one more to go in the spring.

I do understand that history is also an impacted major at UCLA, but what would my chances be?

Another question; I plan to apply to Berkeley as a history major as well, do they also offer an accounting minor and are the prerequisites similar to UCLA's accounting minor?

Thanks guys.
