<p>How popular is One Spring Street for off-campus housing, and is it any good?</p>
<p>Are you seriously considering One Spring Street!?!? That place looks really expensive. Waaay too expensive for an average college student. A two bedroom apt. would probably set you back $500k.</p>
<p>If you want a nice place that's reasonably priced, check out the Highlands apts. I think a 2 bedroom apt would probably cost $2100-2400/month.</p>

<p>Students generally don't live in these places. They are mostly young professionals, empty nesters, etc. But if you can somehow afford it, go for it.</p>
