<p>I am currently a first year living in the dorms. From what I have heard, leases for next year (fall 08) will be avaible soon, and that we should start planning our housing already. Outside of Tandem is there anywhere else to look for housing? </p>

<p>A few buddies and myself want to get an house or apartment, so looking for 1 room or so wouldnt work. </p>
