Off-Campus Living?

Soooo...aside from private dorms and co-ops, there's the option of getting an off-campus apartment. Does anyone currently live off-campus, be it West Campus or Longhorn Landing? Any suggestions for which apartments I should visit? I won't have a car, if you may need that information.

You may want to look at apartments in the North Campus area. You don’t need a car. Take the bus or ride a bike. The new bike lanes make it biking safer.

Check out the bike resources at UT [PTS: Bike Resources](http://www.utexas.edu/parking/transportation/biking/resources.html)

and Orange Bike program:

I have no problem with taking a shuttle, but I’d rather not bike. Thank you anyway, though! How can I go about searching for North Campus apartments online? Is ApartmentWIZ a trusted site that I can give contact information to? In fact…how does having a real estate agent even work?
