Offer of admission rescinded?

<p>Hi I was recently accepted to USC and am currently a finalist for the Presidential Scholarship (I'm a finalist but it's guaranteed for national merit finalists so technically, I will be a recipient).</p>

<p>Currently, I am really struggling with my AP biology class.
I have a C and I think I might end up getting a C on my report card (my first c in high school).</p>

<p>For my other classes I will probably get 3 as and 2 bs.
Overall, I predict my grades will be 3 A's 2 B's and a C for a total weighted gpa of: 4.166
Unweighted: 3.33</p>

<p>My cumulative GPA is: 4.7 weighted and 3.92 unweighted.</p>

<p>Will USC rescind my offer of admission for this drop in GPA?
I'm really worried!</p>

<p>And please don't give me answers like "you should stay focused and maintain a good GPA." I'm not looking for a lecture.
I simply want my question answered. Will my admission be rescinded?
