@GatorGetter I’m sorry to hear that But FSU is a great school and I was actually debating going there for awhile over UF (They have a program more geared to what I want to do and the course load was way more interesting to me). I was accepted into UF though, and I ultimately chose to go there!
Must typically have a minimum 3.0 average on all attempts of these courses.
I want to apply for Biology BS for Fall 2016. I know they ask two biology courses as prereqs but I don’t know which biology courses they are at my university because I took 4: plant cell biology, intro to cell biology/genetics, animal biology, and evolution/ecology. Which one of these grades will go into my preprof gpa? all of them? Also, I got a C in intro to cell bio but i am supposed to retake it. Depending on what the sentence above means, I am going to decide if I should even bother applying. Does it mean the average of all of my attempts should be atleast 3.0? or do i need a 3.0 on every attempt?
I really need to know if i should apply or not so any information will help. thank you
@IFeedCats I not too beat up about it. I really excited to to to fsu. B4 I was denied to uf I was debating weather to go there or fsu. I’m glad I don’t have to make that’s decision anymore it would have been a really hard one for me :)>-
anybody knows about housing at UF for transfer students spring semester…In their website, I can’t find a price list and proper plans for the dorm. is there somewhere else I can look? I already put in an application but I want to be able to ask for something specific when I am given the choice. I don’t want traditional, more like suites with 6-8 students sharing a bathroom…which halls have the suites?
thank you.
Does anyone know how competitive marketing is, and how hard it is to get into? Or is marketing mixed in with all the other business related majors and I’ll have to compete with everyone else in business for a spot?
@scorodites All majors in the School of Business are extremely competitive including Marketing. By my understanding, the only “easy” one to get into is the BABA program (General Business).
