it was effeted? isn’t effected the result of something happening? I put effected.

Maybe it was effected then?

effect is the cause of something. i.e : the effect of the earthquake killed 10 people. affected is happened to someone i.i: i was affected by the earthquake i got killed.duh

Do you remember what the answer to the second question of the English test was? Like it asked which of the following best introduces the topic of the paragraph? Was it the answer with the dialogue that talked about “Squarralims” (can’t spell it)?

Anyone know what I’m talking about or am I just crazy? Lol.

But wasn’t the question about something happening to someone?

@TeachMe I believe it was no change, because no change provided a layout of the field etc.

I left it as it was. ^ As in yes it had those weird words in the dialogue.

^it was original “no change”. and i am supporting augmented. i also had independently i think

I think that correct answer was “effected”. I could be wrong, though. And I’m sure that it was “augmented” for the other one.

what was the question with affected/effected?

@teach me I believe it was something about a summer job. It asked which represented the setting of the overall essay and none of the others had to do with setting but “summer job” meant it took place during the summer.

“Affected” means “impacted, created an effect on, changed in a certain way.” “Effected” means “executed, brought about, produced something.”
I personally put Affected i think, but i dont remember the context at this point

I also put augmented and independently.

i put No change, Independently, and elaborated.

Did anyone put “no change” a lot for the whole English section!?

It’s effected because i remember them saying something and thrying to indicate the result. which would have mad it effected. I could be wrong though.

I hope effected was right. I put elaborated but it seems like that one may be wrong.

What was the wording of the “independently” question? I’m not saying you guys are wrong, i just don’t remember putting that and forget what the context was.

independently is correct.
Did you guys put “colorize” as an answer?

If I remember the question correctly, it asked about vocalization’s EFFECT on dogs. If you guys had the same form as I did, I’m fairly confident that the answer is effect on. I don’t remember effect being in past tense
