gl to everyone!!!!

Ahaha, pacific time zone has to wait until 4. Although I think the joke is on the rest of us as I assume by "local events" they mean the surprise presentation of big checks by the Intel people at the schools (Science Buddies: Amber's 2005 Intel Science Talent Search Blog ).

yeah about that. do they come to the schools unannounced? BC my school is on vacation until the 28th.

what other science program/competitions are you guys going to do after intel?

Intel ISEF (NYCRSEF), and prob that's it!

yea regional fair/ISEF. Not crossing my fingers for that though.

WESEF/ISEF. I think I have a good shot at making ISEF.

After the series of debacles that occurred in mid-November I'm hoping for semi-finalist.

BTW, I looked at least year's semifinalists and 120 of them are from NY...40 percent! Call it high competition or whatever you will, that's a geographic monopoly lol

i am from new york and i hope i can be counted into those stats come todays results. im sooo pumpeddd

Michigan bay bay. I think we can all agree that I come from the better state though ;-)

double wammy for me. Come from NJ and go to school in NY. Good lucky to all (5 hours!!!)

what time do results come?

check earlier on the thread. it seems like htey will be announced 1 PM (EST) for all but Pacific and Hawaiin time zones (4 PM EST).
