@ pursuitof - It seems to be accepted as fairly accurate on this site, so I give it the benefit of the doubt. I don’t see how it could to be too far off. I mean, the scoring guidelines are easily accessible to all, so the creator probably just turned those formulas into a calculator that plugs the new values into the equations.

@ Nohdes - I’m very sorry I didn’t reply! I became very sidetracked with things around the house and was away from the computer for a while. Glad you got what you were looking for, though. =]

Thanks for the link Marine, I sent you a pm requesting the answer key.

I would also greatly appreciate it if somebody sent me the 2006 APUSH exam w/ the answer keys

@Azyrk13 Thanks!

Also, how important (just overall good, really) are the “vocabularies” in AMSCO book?

Personally, I think they are helpful for a quick review. If you have been actively studying (or at least paying attention in class) throughout the year, then the vocabulary will certainly help you remember specific events and characteristics that defined certain eras and presidencies.

In addition, I think the list themselves are fairly accurate. Most of the vocab shows up in some manner in either the multiple choice questions or free-response.

On another note, will anyone be staying home on Thursday to get some extra studying done? I’m highly considering doing so myself just so I also have more time to prepare for SAT IIs on Saturday and Biology on Monday.

Yes I am staying home with 3 of my buddies. We plan to hit up the library for 10 hours straight. No joke.

would also love to have 06 exam… anyone have it???

Does anyone have the Amsco Answer Key? Could you please send me a link or pm it to me.

@Jsmithy thanks! :)

Does anyone have any tips on writing DBQs and FRQs?

+1 for staying home on Thursday. I’m going to read through Princeton Review, then Crash Course, and finish it all with a run-through of Barron’s 500 vocabulary cards.

AMSCO is just way too much to read; I can say that it definitely was a great resource throughout the school year, but I don’t think it’s going to be very helpful to me in reviewing for the exam.

Could someone PLEASE PM me the answer key to the 2001 exam, or if you could send me any exam and its answer key, I would truly appreciate it !!! :)

I think I’m going to read amsco in these next 2 days

Guys, I’ve read amsco 2 weeks ago and completely forgot it and it was worse than watching nails rust or grass grow. Do you think I can still get a 5 with Direct HIts?

You should be in very good shape with the Direct Hits book. It is a lot easier to get through. You should also check out the US History in a Flash page on Facebook. They are posting amazing tips and podcasts of key topics.

Rocking a solid A in the class, got a 5 on the Euro last year, confident I’m gonna get a 5 on this one. You should all stop stressing out so much. I’m definitely alone here, but at this point, you either know it or you don’t.

If any one has the 2002,2006,and, or 2008 exams can you pm me? Thanks

^ I’ll pm you.

Sent from my iPhone using CC

Does anyone know where I can find examples of high-scoring DBQs and FRQs? Someone had said AP Central but I can’t seem to find it…
