–@Anomalist: Sorry, I have no idea then.

–@emmetstar: Where did you find these stats? I’m curious as to what some of the other stats were.

Whoa, five. I guess all that studying was worth it after all. Congratulations to everyone else!

@ninhja: Trevor packer, the head of AP tweets about all the AP tests on twitter.

Freshman, got 5.
I expected a 4.

I totally expected 4 or worse but got a 5.

[2013 AP Exam Score Distributions](<a href=“2013 AP Exam Score Distributions”>2013 AP Exam Score Distributions)

@ninhja There is the link. I guess it is a chart of Trevor Packers, the vice president of college board, tweets. I am happy to make the 5.7 percent and get a 5 as I was expecting a 4. This was my first ap test and I was a sophomore.

With regards to the multiple choice I know I got 60+ because I usually got in the high 50s low 60s and those were on the easier side. The dbq was easy and I definitely got expanded core. The ccot was tough I probably got around 4 or 5. The cc I think I got expanded core too. Overall I am happy to have gotten a 5.

I thought the Dbq and cot were really easy, and I prepared sufficiently, but somehow I only got a 3. That’s bs! There’s no way that could’ve happened unless I tanked the multiple choice, which I didn’t think I did

There were different forms of the frq right? The ones that collegeboard released were not the ones that I wrote about :S

–@emmetstar: Thanks for the link. And I’m happy that I got a 5 as a sophomore as well. I’m guessing that my score just barely made the cut from being a 5 instead of a 4.

–@Wskimo: I’m pretty sure everybody got the same essay questions. You didn’t write about (1)Global dominance, (2)changes in the Medt, (3)govt control over economy?

I’m a freshman and I got a 5. How did the scores drop so much from last year? 5.7% got 5’s! That has to be a record.

Everyone got the same essays and the same test in general:
[AP Central - The AP World History Exam](<a href=“Supporting Students from Day One to Exam Day – AP Central | College Board”>AP World History: Modern Exam – AP Central | College Board)

No I didn’t get those essay topics…lol. There might be 2 answer forms?
I wrote about smuggling (DBQ), how priests & kings used artwork to portray power (CCOT) and womens’ rights in Europe vs China from 1850-1900s (C/C). Might contribute to the fact that I got a “3”. A 1/1/1 for all the essays…
I remember having answer form “E”. That maybe why the % of 5’s fell so much? Collegeboard gave out or graded the wrong essays? I dunno…

Does anyone know if CollegeBoard gives out score breakdowns? Like scores on essays and mc? I really think I did better than what I got. I’m sending in for a rescore right now, but do they release the official scores later?

I’m so happy I got a 4! I was gone for 2 weeks right before the AP exam, so I had almost no time to study!

YAY! 5 as a 14 year old Freshman :D

Surprised, though, thought I bombed the c/c essay - russia totally slipped my mind, so I wrote about china/japan a bit before the actual time period…

@Wskimo: Turns out, you’re not the only one who had those essays but I think the majority of people had the essay questions that College Board posted. Huh. That’s odd, I was under the impression that all the tests were the same but maybe it’s relative to what school or state you’re in.

Some people took the exam at a different date (I know many schools affected by Hurricane Sandy took it late), so the tests were different.

I live in Indiana and took it on the reg. date. Meh, lets hope this 3 will go away

:O I live in the crossroads of America too! Well, best of luck to you then, I have no idea how that happened. 3 still is a passing grade though and you did better than the majority of people.

Kids that took it a week late (there were many on Long Island, Queens, and Brooklyn) got different essays.

Who of y’all took the World History SAT Subject Test too? Is it generally similar numbers of students that take each test?
