Anyone else in NYC that hasn’t received a letter?

There is no next round: everyone is being notified. The best you could possibly hope for is a z-list acceptance: get accepted next year if you take a gap year. The school is full for fall 2013.

Does the university not send an email to notify you about your rejection?

They are doing it through paper mail.

I also called and asked today, and found out that I was rejected.

I should probably call and find out too but I refuse to believe it until I see it in print…

Is anyone else still lurking this thread?

Still don’t have my decision.

I would think silence is a good sign. Have you telephoned to inquire your status?

Supposedly everyone has been notified, pro or con. But when a thousand plus pieces of mail go out, some will get misrouted or lost. Give a call!

I have not called yet.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems to me that the admissions office tells every caller that they aren’t using the wait list this year?
When I call do they look me up on the system to see If I have been admitted or not?

Well in the letter it says they weren’t able to make any offers for waitlisted students…
