what do u think are my chances for BU ENG or CAS? (or can i get into any of the schools?)
major: prob comp sci
3.88 weighted GPA
ACT…29-30 range…results r not out yet
did 4 college classes already. all A’s on them
A+ in CS1A JAVA, should be A for CS1B java (would my comp sci grade help me?)
tennis for 2 years
senior year i will be taking: ap chinese, ap Calc AB, econ/gov, CS1C java, AP lit or lang
part of NHS, worked at hospital for 2 years
part of liveright club, Tc club, mystery club
might do an intern at a company this summer</p>

<p>@food4lyfe i would definitely go for AP lit instead of lang, and include your comp sci grade. BU LOVES experience outside of school that shows you excel in everything, so that internship should be a priority</p>

<p>papertowns57- Not very good at all. 88.81 weighted gpa. 26 on the ACT which is equivalent to about a 1800ish on the SAT. few honors and one AP (all taken during senior year). applied to COM for broadcast journalism…wasn"t too surprised when i got deferred but its my number one so hoping to get in RD.</p>

<p>RD applicant here. 3.4W and 1910 SAT, applying to CAS. I had a great first semester senior year which brought my GPA up to a 3.5 but that’s probably not enough…</p>

I’ve taken 13 honors classes but only 1 AP (calculus ab) so I think I have little to no shot…</p>

<p>O_O you guys make me feel like a fail. hahaha. I have a 3.5 GPA (almost 3.6, do they round?) and a seriously sucky crappy SAT score. Took 6 APs. Sigh… If I had a better SAT score, I would fit the avg. criteria. Sigh again…</p>
