<p>@acealex123 I can’t really say because we don’t have a good look at who you’re up against but what i can say is that the mean stats for college of business are : SAT-1316 GPA-3.98, both of which are above your current stats. Check out my post #71 on page 5 and look at the projected acceptance rate for your specific major to get a better look at the selectivity of your major.</p>

<p>@Michelle11 some schools on the common app are due January 1 or 15, but I’m only applying to three other schools due those dates. Oddly enough, those schools are considered much harder to get into than Cal Poly, but with the admissions system of some schools, especially Cal Poly, you never know what to expect. </p>

<p>@hannahlmorrow weighted GPA 4.00, SAT- CR 580, SAT-Math 650, ACT 30, 5 AP’s (all her school offered) and 2 community college courses,
Extra rigor of classes…10 semesters of English, 10 semesters of math with 4 semesters of honors/AP math, 4 semesters of fine art, but only 4 semesters of foreign language -lost bonus points there 
but couldn’t because AP English 4 was offered the same period…she hated that class anyway,…
Average hours worked 11-15 and related to my major yes- she tutors ELD kids in math, science and English
and 21+ hours average of activities because of 4H and Heart Camp.</p>
<p>And we are sweating bullets…got accepted to University of Oregon and University of Portland…nothing compares to Cal Poly in her mind. Fingers (and toes crossed)…
