I really wish CP had a better system. This whole admissions process is kind of cruel–with admissions trickling out one student at a time. For example, yesterday the first student to post admission to Mechanical Engineering was at about 6:10 pm. We assumed that they clicked a SEND button and all ME admits got notified. But nooooo, ME students were notified slowly, one at a time for several hours. If what they say that admissions will continue to roll out for weeks, then that is even more cruel. At this point it would be better for CP to use regular snail mail and forget about the portal. This way everyone would just check the mail box once a day and get on with the day.

Brother got into SLO so will be joining me. He is Software Eng. We did not think he would get in since his stats are not as fabulous as many that post here. I don’t remember his exact stats but fully weighted GPA was approx. 4.0 and so slightly under that for CSU. SAT was approx 1120. He does have more than max points in all rigor, work and leadership categories. Also possible our school district is a partner district, but not sure. He did do Early admission and was deferred.
Any instate acceptances for Biochem or Chem??
