** Official Class of 2018 University of Michigan EA Decisions Thread **

I really hope the decisions come soon. I got deferred EA from Georgetown and I’m pretty bummed. I submitted my app in early October, so I hope I get a decision by the 24th!!!

@hockeygirl which school is your top choice?

i got a confirmation email october 29 saying they received my application but no notification date for ea was given

Umich should accept the ones talking about umich at college confidential.

agreed^ lol

I got rejected to Kim Ill Sung university. It was my top choice.

It says on wolverine access that i qualified for early action so I’m just going to ignore the lack of emails…lol.

@spongebob I suggest that you try to find that email saying that you qualified for EA. If you really didn’t get one, then there might be something wrong with your email address, or maybe it got sent into the spam folder or something… Either way, if you didn’t get the confirmation email, then you won’t get the one with your decision - and that’s a pretty big deal.

I don’t think that it’s my email address because I received an email confirming my application as well as my wolverine login information, etc. On wolverine it says “EA-qualified” but I think I’ll call then monday and confirm with them

I got the EA confirmation email which also reflects in my WA. I didn’t get any email stating a January release date, like some other people have

Bump thread

I wonder if the earlier emails validating early action submission are the apps read first. Probably not, but I got my email pretty early (November 6). I wonder if it means anything…
Also, I agree with the person who said that everyone on this thread should get admitted. We deserve it after all the incessant posts and constant anxiety we all express on here lol.

I sent in my application on October 17th, and the next day I received an e-mail stating I was qualified and that I would receive my decision by December 24th. My school also has a lot of people who applied this year (we’re also one of the top feeder schools), many of whom applied either on or right before the deadline, and nobody has said anything about the January e-mail being sent to them.

Guys, don’t ruin your weekend worrying about this, trust me. I was like you guys last year, and wasted so much of my life worrying, only to be accepted, and then finding something else to worry about.

@admires when did they accept you.

Anyways my sis got accepted the 12/16 and last year students got in the 13th I think so umich is just all over the place.

@miw umich is! Georgetown was my reach, I did a program there this summer and liked it a lot. But nothing can top UMich for me :)

Screw Illinois those a holes. Even if I get accepted later still mad they deferred me. Hate when schools gonna do that. Like if you gonna get accepted anyhow why dont they just accept you faster. A holes these days damn colleges.

Lol I should have applied to UCLA - u c lots asians

Should be ddoing school work but too lazy.
