@ruchika5107 I have absolutely no idea… I’m finding it really strange as well. I just checked my portal this morning and there was an update, so I clicked on it, and my acceptance letter popped out.

My daughter’s EA Personal Information Package with Financial Aid (did not get any as we had “no need”)/Merit information came later, in December. Hang in there before you count Fordham out. Also, once we had the package we went to FA and pointed out an extenuating circumstance and they upped the merit a bit, enough for her to go. She is very happy there. Both Tuition Reduction and Loyola Scholarship have GPA requirements (2.75 and 3.0), and Gabelli is tough, so plan on working hard. Did you letter say “with housing”? If so, you have guaranteed housing, even after you go away on a study abroad semester.

Turns out there was a mistake in the letter. I was awarded housing, but I’m not sure about merit scholarships just yet. Apparently, I’ll find out later just like what @mexusa said :)

Extracurriculars:National Art Honor Society, Outdoor Track, Volunteer at Friendship Circle of Connecticut(work with special needs children and teens), National Honor Society, Work at Early Childhood Center, Volunteer at Early Childhood Center(last year), Work as a Babysitter.

Any other info: I applied to Fordham EA because it was one of the only schools I plan on applying to that offered it. I met with the admissions rep for my area a couple weeks ago and am fairly interested in the school. I am not Christian so my mom is a little iffy on the idea of me going to a Jesuit school. However, I really want to be near NYC and heard that a lot of people really like Fordham, which is why I decided to apply.
Good Luck to all of you! :)
