Does anyone know when EA decisions come out? I haven’t been a part of this thread so I apologize if it’s already been talked about!
@harry6199 Please read post at top of page.
@harry6199 most probably tomorrow or friday
@TomSrOfBoston @Giorgos13 Thank You!
I wish admissions weren’t so vague with dates, I’m checking my email every 5 minutes. I can’t help myself! D:
@TomSrOfBoston just curious: what date do you think final decisions were made for EA?
Yep. Guess we will wait another day, no decisions today
Do EA students find out if they received any scholarships at the same time they recieve admissions notification?
I just got rejected from my ED school today so hopefully I’ll get a positive answer from Northeastern tomorrow to cheer myself up
Me too, that Brown rejection was ouch @bayramf
Yep! It says it on the App Check Website and I emailed an admissions counselor about the same thing. “If everything was in one time, financial aid and scholarships should arrive with admissions decision.”
Did anyone get one of those pre-EA admissions calls this year? No one has mentioned it.
ReRepost
Since Northeastern is changing things up this year the EA decisions may come out tomorrow (or maybe not). In the past EA and RD decisions start to be released starting at 3 or 4 PM local time and take 4 or 5 hours to be completed. They are released geographically starting in Massachusetts and moving south then west. Decisions have never been released before 3 PM your local time.
You will receive a generic email that links to your decision page. If you received honors it will be stated in your decision letter. There will be separate tabs that indicate any merit and need based aid offered. If NU In is offered (and there is some uncertainty about this) it will be stated in the letter. e In the past EA and RD decisions start to be released starting at 3 or 4 PM local time and take 4 or 5 hours to be completed. How respectable/prestigious is northeastern university compared to other good schools?
@DannyPanny Well, Northeastern is not Harvard but it is tied in the USNews rankings at #39 tied with Boston University, Tulane and UC Irvine.
yeah @India1234
Sorry about the sloppy cut and paste job in my post 640 above.
