@WunNyne Me! Southern California, that is (: Orange County, to be more specific (: By the beach to be even more specific (:

@cornellaccepted Think about it this way: regardless of the amount you pay, it’s an investment. The occupation you’ll have obtained through Cornell’s amazing networking will offset any costs quickly! So go to Cornell! (:

@wellesleygirl14, I really hope we do find out sometime this week via mail or email, I don’t really care, I’m getting ridiculously anxious. My application was sent to review exactly a month ago today so yeah, kinda scared.

I can’t log into the housing website with my applicant ID either.

What’s your applied major? And I read through the old thread and saw that quite a few people found out on the 13th last year so yeah, let’s hope…

I just called Cornell. The lady told me that most admissions decisions will be made on a rolling basis from next week to mid-summer!!! She also said this applies to all the colleges at Cornell.

Wait I’m still confused about the different logins.

So there’s the application status, housing, and to do list login pages.

The only way you are able to login to the housing page is if you have a NET ID, not an applicant ID. As far as I know, applicants do not have NET IDs yet, because you cannot get one until you send in your completed response coupon and a $400 deposit.

I also applied to CAS and I am only able to login to check my application status and view that to do list as well.

I just called the ILR admissions office. I asked them if all the admitted student will get their decisions by phone, and they said only a certain group of candidates will do. A question for those 2 people accepted ILR, do you have an idea why you are the ‘certain candidates’?

I’m pretty much expecting rejection because I didn’t take any of the CALS required courses… ■■■
Here’s to hoping Vanderbilt, Brown, or UPenn accept me!

@AdoptedCheeseNip, there’s an option for undergraduates to apply for housing with their applicant ID if they don’t have a net ID. The option is the second one on the link that blackbeltbabsz linked.
