@ Wunyne: I applied from Costa mesa California.

@azumzz You’re like 15 minutes away from me, hahaha

Anyone applied to the hotel school get their results??? I just emailed the admission officer, and ask her whether I can still send another recommendation letter by my employer, and she said yes. Is that mean I still need to wait for a while? Pretty nervous right now!!!

I honestly cannot deal with the wait anymore. Cornell hurry up!!!
This not knowing is not working anymore… I can’t focus.

@sasamiss813 Did you e-mail the hotel school directly? Because I sent them an e-mail about 2 days ago and didn’t get a response. I asked if I could send in my bartending certification to be considered part of my application, but alas…nothing ): And I’m pretty sure we’ll hear in May…that’s going off of what I saw from last year’s thread

@06122010 I actually emailed one of the admission counselor. We won’t heard until May???That’s gonna killing me!!!

i really hope thats only the hotel school and not ilr… i cant wait till may

I don’t think I can get accept anyway, I don 't have that many Hospitality experience :(

Well, congrats Blackbeltbabsz!

I can’t wait 'till may / june for CoE to come up with the decision, so I could move on and set up a plan for next year, just as I set this first year schedule just to fulfill pre-reqs for Cornell (my curriculum is messed up now 'cuase of it @ ,@

I don’t see myself having much chance, so the only thing that keeps me nervous is the little bit of hope that tells me “but what if…”

fiend that thou art, begone! now back to my Frankenstein &c. essay T.T

anyone applying to dyson school of business?

Any admits from from central NJ? Thats where I am from

so really it’s the able to logging in housing thing can tell if you got accepted or not?

Has anyone applying to CAS heard yet?

@violin427:
My friend called the admission yesterday, they said sophomores would come out around 4.22 for CAS, so 10 more days

they do sophomore transfers before juniors?

I have 2 years of school but just assumed that I would be a sophomore transfer. Is there a space on the application that indicates intended transfer grade level? I saw the option on Browns app but not Cornell!?

@transfer9858 + 06122010

Thanks a lot for your help. I just wanted to confirm with other people what my common sense was telling me.

Good luck everyone:)

PS: I kinda realized that my username might be cheesy but it’s because I was sorta overexcited after the big news from Cornell! I already LOVE Cornell, I hope I can afford to go there!

this is my third time applying for a transfer…wish me luck! CALS here by the way…

@cornellaccepted It’s okay…my boyfriend bought me a Cornell sweatshirt for my birthday back in February. I was ECSTATIC. Hahahahaha. My mom knows how much Cornell means to me so she told me the price doesn’t matter–this is an investment. She told me I can pay her back by letting her sign the checks to my employees when I become rich, powerful and famous. Oh, mothers (:

@transfer9858 Yeah, I’m pretty sure it’s just the Hotel school. We’re the last ones Which I guess for me is good because I’ve still got time to send them my bartending certification and TIPS certification. If the rumors are true about the pub on campus, how bomb would it be if I got to do bartending as my work-study? :D

@boardingkid You know what they say! Third time’s the charm!

@boardingkid

good luck indeed, it was my 2nd
