<p>I think I speak for all of us when I say that "agony" would be an understatement...I don't think I can't wait past April 1 if they don't get here by then!!!!</p>

<p>I remember sitting in a folding chair next to the mailbox for about 3 hours, waiting for the mail truck to arrive.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, I'm at school when the mail comes but you can bet I'll use my 42 minute lunch period to get home ASAP starting next Wednesday...but then again, I don't think I'd like to go back to school if I get some bad news, so maybe I'll just wait until after school. Hmmm....</p>
<p>When will it come? that 4 day thing is about when they mail it, right?, not when we receive it.</p>
<p>For E-D, the date on my acceptance letter was Dec. 15..I got it Dec. 16. It doesn't take long.</p>
<p>ksolow.. where are you from? i'm from ny so how long do you think it'll take once they mail it? also what date are they supposed to be mailing.. i've heard so many different dates for different colleges i'm now confused lol</p>

<p>bad news. I called Bowdoin this afternoon and they said they were going to send them out "either at the end of next week or the beginning of the week after"....so apparently the 28th was just an approximate date, and we'll be hearing from them later than we had expected.</p>
<p>If anyone would like to call Bowdoin and verify (maybe one person is more informed than another) please by all means do so and come back quick and tell us all.</p>

<p>My best guess would be that Bowdoin will send them out at the very latest by the 31st, so we should have our decisions (hopefully) by the 3rd, tops. I'll give them a ring in the middle of next week to see what's up though.</p>
<p>(posting for a friend, im already settled) does anyone know if they will email international students? in the old threads i only spotted a post from a Bulgaria applicant that said they did email her...but on the other hand ive also heard Bowdoin doesnt do emailing...</p>

<p>I doubt it...they didn't for E-D notifications. They might email international applicants though.</p>
