Garden answer was 6x24
135 digits was 8
median was 90
2 machins was straight line but less at 11 then back up at like 2

was there an option for both 90 and 91 for the median one? for some reason i keep remembering 91 or am i just going crazy

Yea, there was an option for both, was 90 though

AAhhh I’m confused: does someone exactly remember the question for the logic one: (If I got this wrong, I will lose my 36!!!)

It started like
ALL Meeps are smooches.
ALL larps are smooches.
What’s the last sentences, it had something with beeps?

It was something like “all beeps are meeps”

So you would conclude that all beeps are smooches.

Yes I got that…I’m praying for the 36. OMG I’m so happy right now.

can someone explain the tan-1 theta with the sun and well. thatsthe only one i missed and i just dont know how to do it even now

yeah buohuang, by looking at the angle the sun makes with the whole, their where two sides given, one opposite to the angle, and one adjacent to it. So, the only equation we could use is tan=opposite / adjacent.
which then equals: tan-1=3/25 i believe

Consolidated list:

Obtuse triangle: 6, 9, 13
x=0 and x=3/7
135th number: 8
Ratio of ball dropping: Geometric 2/3
Highest median: 90
tan-1(3/25)
Hour hand: 21 degrees
Garden: 6 by 24
Which cannot be X-value: 1
Equal volumes
Gallons of gas: 9.4
Buckets of paint: 14
Keisha’s weight: |w-p|<=5
Copy machines: slope, smaller slope, slope
Circle probability: 1/9
Amplitude and period: 3 and pi
Other point on circle: (8, -3)
Isosceles triangle: sqrt(200)
(x^a)(y^a) = (xy)^a
16(.2) = $3.20
Law of sines: 80 sin 110 / sin 24
0.0000376 = 376 * 10^-7
Infinitely many solutions: 9
Arc length: 8pi
log(x) + log(x-2) = log(x^2-2x)

That’s 25/60 questions.

Was (8,0) an option for the other point on the circle? I thought I chose that (E, I reckon)

dsus it was (8,1) yeah but you are right :)

oh, hah! the way i did it, i now realize, was unnecessarily complex. i basically created a line out of point slope form that went through the center of the circle and point A and then plugged in every pair until I found a match that fit my eq. I then realized after the test that I could’ve just walked along a rise/run path till i reached the other point – doh. glad i got it right though.

“Which cannot be X-value: 1”
Arc length: 8pi

What were the questions for these two?

For the first one, there was some equation like x/(x-1) (that wasn’t it, but it’s a similar example). So x =/= 1 otherwise it would be dividing by 0.
For the arc length, it gave you the radius of the circle, and the angle that made up the arc, 90 degrees. You had to find the length of the arc.

oh i thought that one was x+1/x-1? didn’t the question ask what the equation simplified to?

That was a different problem. The one we’re referring to is later on in the test

Calculating the tip was ridiculously hard… ;)

OMG ! I put Cos …I feel sooo stupid

Can someone explain the repeating decimal one? Find the 135th digit of .428571

I put 7
Sent from my MB855 using CC App

It was 8, to find seequnce you just devide 135 by 6(how many letters there are) use the reminder to count, the reminder was .5
.5 outta 6 is three, so the third letter is eight.
