For the one about geometric/arithmetic sequences, does anybody remember what the LETTER answer was?

It was C I believe.
Who missed this one? This guy. missed 4total in math was hoping 0-2

2/3 B I pretty sure

A&b was arithmetic C&D was geo metric. It was geometric wasn’t it?
E was no sequence :/

Oh yeah, C 2/3 geometrics pobthiti is right

Does anybody remember what the exact problem for that was? I remember I decided that it had to be geometric then divided the first number they provided over the second number they provided…now I don’t remember if that turned out to 2/3 or 3/2…

Okay, so you have the initial bounce height, and they say that it’s proportional to the final bounce height after you drop the ball. They gave you the initial height of the first bounce at 270, and then the bounce height afterwards was 180. The ratio is 2/3 (180/270) (the ball won’t be bouncing higher than you dropped it from, that’s why it’s not 3/2) and because it’s proportional, it’s a geometric sequence.

If you divided the first number by the second, then you got 3/2, and that’s wrong, sorry. :(

man i did the steps for the 135 problem right but for some reason i’m remembering 4 -.- hopefully i put 8 though that’ll be my 4th stupid mistake

I didn’t even try for the math section, since most of the colleges I applied to won’t get this test score, and I think I managed a 34. That makes me happy lol.

does anyone remember the answer to the problem where it showed a graph and asked where on the graph would the function be increasing? i haven’t seen anyone bring it up yet.

For the median one I had 90! OMG biggest idiot ever. I’m taking AP stats and got that wrong haha. I took the average between 80 and 90 because I thought it was an even number.

I don’t remember what exactly the graph looked like but all you had to do was look at the areas on the graph where it was upsloping

The answer to the increasing graph question was where the graphs slope was positive I think it was a to b and d to infinity something like that

yes, b to d and f to positive infinity is what i got

edit: different letters, same concept, nbd.

what letter was the answer? for some reason, i can’t remember what answer i put down but i remember the letter lol.

Remarkable how some people remember the letters of the answers and not the answer they gave. I, for one, can’t remember the letters I put down but can remember the questions pretty well.

^^ Same here. I can never answer people when they ask what letter it was.

I remember one question asking something like which of the following is not an x coordinate of the function (or something like that) : (x^2+x-2) / (x^2-1)… which simplifies to (x+2)(x-1)/(x+1)(x-1) which becomes (x+2)/(x+1)… but -1 was not an option , it was either 0,1,2,3, or 4. Anyone remember this ? I ended up putting 1 I think

I think you’ve got your minus signs switched, science4. I’m pretty sure x - 1 was in the denominator. either way, you chose the right answer.

This section was easy.
