Official December 10th ACT Math Discussion

Does anyone remember the exact 6 repeating digits for “what’s the 135th digit?” question?

I don’t know, but the answer was 100% 8.

@lickedhand, how would you get four?

I think I got a 36 on this section, and I need it…

I’m either getting a 35 or 36 on this part, barring stupid mistakes. The only part I got wrong, embarrassingly, was that one question that asked for a number with some power of 10 factored out of it. I put blah * 10^-5, thinking that it was asking for scientific notation. I don’t think I bothered to check the location of the decimal point on that question :(

I’m thinking around a 34 on this section without trying (well, trying, of course, but only putting in minimal effort to figure out each answer). :D

@ufiscool

Yeah about the digit problem. This section was basically laughable.:slight_smile: And this comes from a 650 Math SAT scorer. ← shame >_<

@Incorrigible I also scored 650 on math SAT and am expecting a 33 or 34.

Got a 35 on math… So mad I misread the printer question. XD

@wcclirl444 Did you already get your scores?

@nbasuns2: wcclirl44 is speaking of a previous test. Our scores don’t come out online until the 27th.

@runescapeowns1: I’m expecting a 33+ in math as well! This math way WAY easier than on the PSAT or SAT! I was amazed.

Does anyone know what the one question where-- X≠121 X-11/X+11 – or whatever I don’t remember the question, but I didn’t get it at all…
