<p>I am in the same situation as everyone here (dying of anxiety do to the letters). I’m tempted to call and ask *** is going on, but I’m sure they are sick of people calling. They said mid-december and I guess it will going to be mid-december. I’m getting confused because there are so many different suggestions on here (letters mailed in batches, by alphabet, letters mailed tomorrow, next week) soooo im just so confused, but guys most of us have waited all senior year for this, I think we can stick it out a few more days:)</p>

“Hi!
I read on the NYU Admissions website that decisions will be mailed out toward the end of the week. Does that mean they’ll be put in the mail around Thursday the 10th?”
The response was:

<p>im pretty sure im LSPed and if theyre all done…then im out. but if theyre being mailed on the 10th…then i guess i have a chance. i dont get why they would send LSPs earlier…wouldnt they just send them at the same time and give them two weeks extra after the person receives it to decide?</p>

<p>They will be put in the mail tomorrow, but that’s just pure speculation that I don’t know for a fact and wouldn’t be able to state as such because it would either be not permissible because of the foundation of such information OR because I’m just ********ting you and have no clue, and just like seeing you people stress</p>

<p>babygrl, you DON’T have to go the info session if you get in. it’s just an option if you want firsthand information on LSP. it’s like any NYU info session, you attend by choice. NYU could notttt actually expect people to fly in from all over the world to attend an hour long meeting, don’t worry. (but if you do get in LSP and want an info session, i bet there will be one after regular decisions get mailed out.)</p>
<p>Lol, I cant sleep… can’t stop thinking about it. If i get rejected, I’ll have to read the letter at least 5 times to take it in, then take a long walk somewhere</p>

<p>if someone knew for a fact when decisions were being sent out but couldn’t necessarily tell the world because of what he’s basing his guess on, but felt bad about holding out, he’d PROBABLY do it in a way that some really good looking, charismatic guy did it last night. </p>
<p>Just a thought, this post is also speculation. Hopefully there will be time in a couple/few days depending on where people live to say I told you so.</p>
