My financial aid still says it’s being processed.
Someone please tell me, I am still pending for ucsb, could it be because they just have not gotten to my app yet because I turned it in on the last day?

@decisionpending I’m still pending as well. I turned in my application last minute too but I’m a psychology major and I’ve seen alot of psych majors get their decisions already.
I got a ‘UCSB grant’ and I’m confused…is this something that is based on academic merit or is it randomized/income based? It’s quite large. $15,829.
Anyone know the terms on this and how it works?
A UCSB grant means they arrived at funds for you based on need.
@zoeyschmoey did you get the cal grant? My cal grant plus UCSB grant is $15,822.
@History2Law yeah, I think it’s the same 
living on campus will be more expensive tho.
where are the ucsb financial aid awards posted?
@lbwaterpoloman you can find your aid at the top of the right right under the UCSB logo. It will say “Check My Financial Aid Status”
it takes you to a new page. Then click on “Unofficial Award Letter”

@decisionpending It doesn’t matter when you submitted your application. I also submitted my application on the last day, but received my acceptance within the first batch on the 16th.
It takes about 2 weeks after you are accepted. Mine took 11 days.

Mechanical Engineering transfer here and I was admitted this morning! I know we’ve all been waiting a long time so I wanted to post just to say they might be rolling out.
SF Bay Area CCC transfer with a high overall and major GPA, all required/desired courses done. Also admitted to Cal Poly SLO and SJSU.
