I don’t think so. I haven’t received one.

Nor have I

Who knows russian?

Just kidding :(|)

!!!GOD Is GReat!!!

Я по-русски говорю.

YES GOD IS REALLY GREAT. LOVE HIM SO MUCH :x

I was deferred early. The title for my deferral email was “Your Harvard College Application”

Ok great, thanks!

@roozbehmahdavian I applied SCEA and if they use the same format (which I’m pretty certain about), no, you won’t see it in the subject line. The decision part is in an image/graphic file. The only thing I saw in the subject line was, “Harvard College Admissions & Financial Aid college@fas.harvard.edu via bounce.mkt3495.com”.

Wow, people are fast. I was just looking for the email from SCEA and so many comments already.

Is it really true that acceptances do not start arriving until 5:30, or is that just a myth?

I don’t know. Maybe people were joking about how late it comes. For SCEA, the email was about 20 minutes late than it was promised.

they send out rejections first so acceptances tend to come starting 6 (at leas that was the case last year) so if you dont get an email at 5pm exactly dont fret!

yeah so I just checked my email and last year my email came at 5:55pm

good luck everyone

northwestern also emailed their decisions, and it was rather random. Some people got emails right away and got accepted, and mine was about an hour and a half late (an acceptance). If Harvard’s system is similar (which it likely is), we have no reason to overthink the meaning of the time they send it. It could be totally random. With Northwestern, it definitely wasn’t alphabetical or by decision.

Yeah, one of my friends who was waitlisted didn’t receive his email until around 8 (this was two years ago, though)

The famous “Welcome Class of 2018” instagram post just happened. I’m getting nervous.

Oh lawdy…

To the People who Applied to Harvard & All Americans in the World

The Decisions are Nigh
