I put 4 too but I completely guessed… does anyone else remember what they got for the k inequality problem?

@BasedGod2200
I got 1.58 for the height of the triangle.

@jermeylin12
I got 8.25 for the slant height

what did you guys get for the question where a graph was given and we had to find a period when the year was like 100 or something like that?

@jermeylin12 and @wwacka
I seem to remember the y-values repeated every 7. Do you remember the pattern? (like f(0)=0, f(1)=f(2) =1, or something like that)

i think the pattern repeated every 8

then f(4) =3

@wwacka
do you remember the pattern, though?

no … i just remember getting 8 as the pattern

@jermeylin12
That’s just it, I can’t remember. I want to reconstruct my work, but I don’t remember enough of the details of the problem, only that I got that the period was 7, so I did 100 = 7*14+2, which told me f(2)= f(100). I don’t remember what f(2) was, nor if it was given, or you had to work back from the first given point.

I got 135 for the area of the trapezoid.

If your talking about the problem with how many teams are in the league if they have a total of 28 games or something, i got 8

@actsat2400 yeah i got 8 teams too

@feminist 135 for trapezoid too! .5(1+2)(90)

@actsat2400
I got 8, too

what did you guys get for the question where a graph was given and we had to find a period when the year was like 100 or something like that?

also what is the value of k that will result in a maximum value?

k was either postive/negative 1/3, i dont remember my exact answer and the graph question was i believe 1/2, not sure

So far haven’t missed any based on this post!! Got through the whole test and just left the polar coordinate question blank. Had to make educated guesses on three, one of which was confirmed here. So max of two possible wrong there, and then maybe one or two wrong in all the others if that? Hoping for an 800!!

Also I got 1/3 for k, and the height of the ball question was 1 due to the subtraction involved.

i got a negative 1/3 for k and 0 for the graph question

so i skipped 2 questions and think got at least 4 wrong. What is my chance of getting 1 800?

There was an average problem…What were they asking for? the sum?

@jermeylin12 I believe the graph question had a period of 7, but I forgot the specific answer that I put. @MelzidEril was right, it’s whatever f(2) equals.

I think the pattern repeats every 7, so f(4)=f(95) and f(100) therefore equals f(9), which is 1.
