Have we come to an agreement on the metaphor question? Everyone says volcano, buta few think its overfishing.

yeah i honestly didnt overthink what volcanos do and i picked overfishing, at first I thought it might have been airborne pollutants though

If you made the missing two numbers 18 and 19, the average would still have been over 10 by a decimal place or two, so I think 10 works.

yeah i put all three they all worked im sure, everyone else got that right

Yeah it was all three for that one.

did anyone else not finish the essay? i completely forgot the time and i was only on my second body paragraph... :( is that going to affect my essay grade a lot?

There was a question about REAL NUMBERS? I think it had I II III and it's possibly the question that was talked about (7, 8.5, 10).

Wasn't it I II and III because they said real numberS?

Yeah, it was all three because they said REAL numbers. I double-checked that part, because if they had said integers it would have been different.

Yes. I was stuck on that question forever because I was contemplating for a few minutes the meaning of 'real number'. ^_^ But yes, it's I, II, and III.

My question was, did anyone remember what math section the 7,8.5,10 problem was on? Just wondering, section 2 or 6?

wait, oh SHOOT. I thought that decimal points wouldn't count as real numbers, so I only put I and II. GRRR ARGH

yeah well if you did 18 and 19 then you wouldve got like 10.13 or whatever so I just put down III too since it was over 10; seems like some of you read in to much to these math problems. Its just one though :)

crap...i've already missed two because of stupid reading eras in math...my school probably will drop down to a 750...last time i got 1 wrong and got a 770...stupid curve. Oh well...i wasn't aiming to raise my math score...just reading and writing

can anyone remember the question itself about those real numbers you are discussing, please?

Does anyone remeber the question with the grid-in answer as 2?

yes..........

what was the question?

was "underestimate" one of the choices in the question w/ the "oversimplification" answer?

what was the answer to the porchine passage about law or sumthin?....

I put parody of actual events or whatever. It was a tough choice between that and outline for social behavior.
