No, “, or LED” was grammatically incorrect because there was no second comma. It wasn’t about the style for that question.

does anyone remember the question in the last passage, number 71 or so, that asked which choice best exemplifies the companies were pioneers in LED use?
choices,
a. no change
b. are now embracing
c forthcoming something
d something

nevermind I figured it out.
There was another question and i dont remember the question but the choices were
a. understands
b. has understood
c. had understood
d. understood

Can we discuss some of the winter counts passage questions? Especially the last five questions of that passage, the ones involving “She with Horses” or whatever?

I hated that passage just because of her name. It was weird to read.

I thought it was a guy… Oops.

@bigpaki101
The answer is “has understood”

@packster it was a guy, no worries
@wj how could you not know it was a guy??

So mad that I made 2 careless mistakes on english yesterday. I just hope I didn’t make anymore and can still get a 34.

@Niquii77 I honestly remember little to nothing about that passage. I was remembered the name and was basing the gender off of the poster above me. Either way, I don’t think getting the genders confused could have made anyone get a question wrong.

I never said said you’d get a question wrong…I was just asking you how you didn’t know it was a guy. It repeatedly said “He this…He that” I remember question that talked about him and the placement of “to his relatives”.

@Niquii drop it u jerk

The answer was not “has understood” because the word before it was must. It was must have understood. It was talking about the time keepers from way back when.

^ started to freak out… Haha… I’m glad you said that

@idontgive I’m not a jerk and I was never trying to be. You don’t have to be rude for no reason.

@wj I’m sorry if it seemed i was attacking you. What I originally said was light and just wondering.

Volcano info was a “no” because it wasn’t necessary and shifted the focus from the plant to the volcano. In my opinion at least.

what about for the guerilla girls one in the beginning? i think i put society as a whole. Is that right>

@GoodACTor I think the volcano info was a “yes” because it talked about the habitat and location of the plant. It didn’t shift the focus to the volcano, it only mentioned it as some background information for where the plant can be found.

@mattcTN Do you remember that specific question?

I put yes for the volcano because it sort of set the background for where the plant could be found. The sentence after that I know said something about it’s climate which makes it difficult to live in. Saying that its a 10,000 plus foot volcano helps the passage.

What was the one about the where you chose a choice for the pioneers in LED or something. I had an answer with the word forefront. Also what did you guys get for the guerilla girls I think it was the first question and the highlighted part was “more!” I changed it to society as a whole. I had no change at first but then i changed it to society as a whole. Another one for the guerilla girls I think it was the second question which choice is connected to the passage the most. I think the most logical choices were either no change or that there were like 16 women only and a bunch of white people? Lol oh man i keep thinking of more questions… um… Why did the guerilla girls choose the pseudonyms? Was it because they had recognition for those people? That’s what i put.
