^ Yeah I got that too.

@stew, yes that’s correct
@joey: scientist 2

joeykrug: i put scientist 2 only

i put 1 million and no orbit or something. i knew it was 1 million, but I guessed on the next part.

battlebrick: thats what i put too, i guessed though…

sebi95: i put B for the last one, i forgot the others though

question 33, where it said what was the amount of (some mineral) at 10cm. the choices were like 2.5, 5, 25, and 50
When u looked at the figure, at 10cm deep there was 10g of the material. i didnt know what the question was asking and i put 50

Sebi I got b for last one

@smf it was 5, they were looking for 10% of 50.

@smfmets18 The answer was 5 because 10% of 50 is 5.

@BuckyOrBust The answer was b. 5 because it touched the y-axis which showed that there was 0% of that type of mineral (I forget it was cemite or something).

I got murdered by the Science section. It was hard as it was, and then on top of that I didn’t have enough time to study the last few passages thoroughly enough, so I had to do random guessing on a lot of them.

What about the one on the arguing scientist section where it asked where would a large gas planet be related to the star compared to other planets. I put closer to the star

it was further. i think you needed the knowledge that every single gas giant on earth is far away from the star, aka the sun. (jupiter, neptune, saturn)

I0 = what?
I think it was question 40.

Last question I got 8000 b/c all graphs started from 8000

Ahh, I was going to put further away, but I didn’t think that Jupiter, Neptune, and Saturn being far away was justifiable based on the passage. I figured they had more gravity, so they should be closer.

I mean one of the scientists did say the planets without a lot of mass would eventually collide with the star, right?

Was one of the questions on the last passage materials 1 and 2? It was the one about the person having to make their own shield, or whatever.

The hardest part for me was the debating scientists. It’s the one part where you actually have to read it through. The rest seemed pretty easy (although only a third of us in the room actually finished the science portion.)

That’s what I got. Both materials 1 and 2.

@hwjwill, i did the same exact thing

Lol science was brutal.
If the last 3-5 answers were C then it looks like we’ll all be saved.
Unfortunately that’s probably not going to happen.

Hopefully I can get a -4 on this. How do they calculate the total scores again? If I can manage a 32 on Science, a 35 Math, 35 Reading, 36 Writing would that result in a 35?
