Official May 2008 SAT discussion

I put evenhanded also.

Is the perimeter of the square with those triangles extending from it 24?

Yes, it's 24.

was one of the answers to a sentence completion "obfuscate"? idk what the question was

haha i put facilitate i believe for that one

It's facilitate because facilitate means to make easier and the sentence said something about doing something with ease.

i put that too. Cause he made it easier. =O

phew quicksandslowly u are all over it

It's facilitate because in the sentence the guy made the board come to a decision with EASE.

i put facilitate too, and 24 for the triangle one also.

So what was the Sentence Error one #29 with the visiting friend one? Was it (B) never imagining or (E) No Error ????

I put B but I dunno :x Was kinda stuck on that one for awhile.

Quick- I had a lot of trouble with that one...I finally just put down E.

I was stuck too...but i put D lol. now that i think about it, it maybe no error....or B...or..AGH this is what happens when i think about a question for too long.

Yeah I spent the remainder of my 5 minutes on that one and finally put B because I thought it should be "never having imagined."

I thought it was D because it said 'before seeing'... And it didn't specify WHO was seeing Dan.. (or was it Drake)... The former part of the sentence said Quinn(or Q guy) took Drake to Dan's house... So, was it Q-guy or the D-guy who wasn't seeing Dan for 5 years?

Am I confused?
Anyway I don't care if I got this wrong... this was the ONLY question I had doubts on. ^_^

My thoughts:

Critical Reading - Medium/Hard reading passages, Easy/Medium vocab
Math - Hard for me, as usual :)
Writing - Hated the essay topic, used art of the past/present as an example, Questions were medium.

You could be right. I need to see the whole sentence to be sure though. Feed, that's the same reason i chose D.

I though it was D (before seeing) too.

does anybody else not remember any of the writing questions?
