It's "as inhabit." I already explained the full reasoning in a previous post.

was as inhibit c?

and does anyone know hte full chariot sentence?

I'm so glad you concur on the "as inhibit" choice, Godot. I need as many writing MC correct as possible, given that my essay is probably going to receive a miserable score. Ugh.

Oh, then I WAS right! That stupid yawning passage was RIGHT- the power of suggestion -is- strong (haha). I had convinced myself that "as inhabit" made no grammatical sense =P

Although (something) from representations in ancient art, war chariots are rare museum artifacts because by the 6th century B.C., they were no longer used in battle.

Something like that...

children's independence - does anyone know the choices for that one?

i put..the independence..needed to be plural..not a..
cause children don't develope 1 independnce..it was "they" so independces?

i faintly remember that one

it couldn't have been independence because develping independence is correct

do you remember any of the other choices?

didnt u guys get no error in like first page of the ISE section?

there was zero no error on the first page

i got no error for:
a.) independence
b.) #28 (2nd to last)
c.) inanimate object wandering (which was wrong -_-)

so yea, i think most of us have agreed that there was 2 no errors

god damn it does ANYONE KNOW THE ANSWER TO #5 ON THE LAST PAGE (section 10) that asked about the book club in london offering to get discounts for books and stuff

was it C?

oh, and my two examples were about how knowledge was positive instead of a burden and showed how only if knowledge is NOT used is it a burden

would that work? i didn't directly state that knowledge was never a burden

LesOs,

The "as inhabit" makes perfect grammatical sense. You should trust yourself! :)

Yes, the "war chariots" one is definitely "No Error." I don't recall the other E, but it might have been the "independence" one. I don't recall the one with "respect" at all for some reason.

Another 17 days...

-I- don't recall the 'independence' one at all...

Hated the essay topic. I had like two literary works pre-planned, but was so shocked at the topic b/c I couldn't incorporate them into my essay at all! So I talked about the Industrial Revolution, modern technology, and corporations. I did a five paragraph essay and said how materialism advances society and our role as a world leader, but I felt like I was ********ting the entire time. Did anyone else feel like this?

Am I screwed because on the materialism essay i didn't directly say yes or no society should be criticized but instead I stated that materialism was bad?

can anyone make a consolidated list of answers or list of questions?

does anyone remember the qusetoin right after teh war chariot one? i remmeber considering putting E for both of them and changing one, but i dont remember which one i changed.

it's the one for year and annually, #29 had a redundancy in D, so 28E, 29D

yes! i changed one of them to d...i bet that was it -_-

The redundancy one took me so long to figure out! I knew there was something wrong with it, but the error was so subtle that I almost missed it.

does anyone remember either of those last two, and the parts that were underlined? i'm worrying myself!

Question 29 was definitely D. It was a redundancy error ("each year" was unnecessary). As I commented earlier, this question was very unusual because the correction to the error required deleting the entire underlined part (without replacing it with something else), which I have never seen before on an official SAT ISE question! The May 5 SAT was definitely an atypical (or anomalous, to use one of their words) SAT. I don't like it.
