My daughter’s bf also got accepted today. I believe he applied and was accepted to both the college of arts and the college of sciences. He did not apply to the combo arts & sciences which rejected my daughter. I guess that one is harder to get into.
So I have an offer from purdue and am still waiting for McGill. I want to get on top of the housing and was just wondering if accepting Purdue would harm my chances at McGill.
hey guys i have no offers from good unis and am just wondering when i might per chance obtain such. i have applied to the unfortunate field of engineering and am so far getting rekt (thanks ubc). anywho, i did sat 2’s in jan, uploaded high school transcripts including grade 12, and my mcgill file still says further review required even though the sat 2’s reached on feb 11th. when do you think i might get a decision?
Everyone should be getting them by mid April. It’s fun bc many american colleges require your decision by May 1st. Lmao fun times. I applied for Mech E and it seems like most engineering majors are recieving there’s last.
My D is still awaiting a decision. She applied for vocal performance/Opera.
She’s a dual UK/US citizen, residing in NYC. Her on campus audition was on February 29th. Her portal says it hasn’t been uploaded yet. Her application was in in Dec. I’m posting here because no one of the music threads had anything on McGill. Sigh.
I really feel for those still waiting. This has been so grueling. If we hadn’t found out yesterday, I think my head might explode. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

D got her accepted in Feb to Mech Eng at McGill. Waiting for U of T
Is your daughter a U.S. student or other international? If she has an american education would you mind letting me know her test scores and such? I’m the exact same major and I’ve been stressing endlessly about results.
Finally! My D saw on Minerva that she was accepted to McGill’s Schulich School of music for vocal performance.

@coloraturakid Hi I am in the same boat as your D however I have not heard back or seen anything on Minerva… In fact on my application next to status it says that my application is “ready for review”. I was wondering where on Minerva your D found the acceptance or if she received an email or letter.
