[/ul]Reflection[ul]
[li] Strengths: ECs and my essays. Also my test scores were at the high end of the 50% for NYU cross-school, and more than enough for CAS.
[/li]

I think I really stood out on the supplement; I opened with an anecdote about working in the neuroscience lab and likened NYU to a brain and myself as a potential neuron, why the NYU brain was attractive to me specifically, etc.

[] Weaknesses: Being Indian but also not abused by my parents (don’t have the classic perfect SAT or ACT).
[] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: What I listed in my strengths.
[li] Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Deferred from Case Western Reserve University (my school is literally in their campus and everybody applies but then chooses not to go, that might be why. Also, redacting my application to Northeastern.
[/li]

[/ul]General Comments:
I remember last year at the end of my junior year reading the NYU results threads and thinking: “wow, I can’t compete.” Now, I’m the one filling this chart out!!
