You guys whose deferral letter disappeared-- who is your counselor?

@ScaredofSchool How do you know if you were deferred if you can’t see the letter?

Submitting Additional Information

In lieu of an interview or required supplement, we offer the opportunity for applicants to share additional information through the Application Status Check. This is entirely optional- most applicants will feel that the application itself is sufficient, though if you feel you weren’t able to fully express something within your application that you would like to share with the admissions committee you may upload it in the Application Status Check. This additional information can be captured in the form of a LinkedIn profile (which you may submit below), a resume, an additional letter of recommendation, a research paper abstract, a YouTube video clip, a collection of art work, a brief written statement, or a format of your choice.

Thats what it says on my page

And you never had a box above that said “Review deferral letter” ? Hmmmm. I have no idea what to make of it.

This strange way they are releasing everything and changing some people’s portals and not others is driving me nuts!

It was a lot simpler back in the day when you just waited for the mailman.

I’m pretty sure I had a deferral link as well but do not now…counselor is Ward. Do you still have a link?
@redpoodles

yes, still have the link. My d is starting to become dejected by this whole process. :frowning:

@redpoodles I wouldn’t worry. There’s probably a 99% chance it means absolutely nothing

Its such a stressful process

Agree, don’t stress.We’ll all be educated at the end. :slight_smile:

I’m guessing decisions probably aren’t coming out today

On 12/8 when early decision came out, the first result posted on the early action/ early decision thread was at 9:55 p.m. Maybe results will be out later in the evening.

No, there were about 2000 ED applicants so decisions started to be posted at 7 PM Eastern time. There are about 30,000 RD and deferred applications so decisions will start to be released between 3 and 4 PM when they come out, based on past years.
