FWIW two years ago letters were dated March 19th, and spring break that year ended on March 15. Maybe not this coming week, but the week after then?

I was emailing my ND admissions counselor and they said to expect to receive a decision in late March

I have come to the decision that if I don’t get into ND I am not going to attend college. And if I do get in, I will take on crippling debt in order to attend.
Lol actually, though, I am getting really antsy awaiting our admissions decisions! If I do get in, I am hoping ND will offer some sorta financial aid, because that $60,000 per year just ain’t gonna work!! Anyways, best of luck to everyone 
Did ND send out a lot of emails inviting prospective students to their spring visit weekend? I received mine today and was wondering if these were pretty common

I’m not sure but my friend just told me they are kinda rare and it looks like a lot of accepted students don’t get them so I wouldn’t fret!
Just wondering, did any of y’all who were deferred from REA write a ‘Letter of Desire’/‘Letter of Continued Interest’ to your admissions rep?
I think decisions are going to come out on Friday, March 17, St. Patrick’s Day.
Last year it was Friday, March 18. In 2015, they released on Friday, March 20. And in 2014 it was Friday, March 21.
And it’ll be after 5 p.m… They always release late on Friday, after their office is closed, so they don’t have to take all the calls from rejected applicants and their parents. Kind of mean and cowardly I think, but that’s the way they usually do it.
Of course, releasing on a different day/time is also their professional way to demonstrate how innovative and clever they are, so it’s hard to know. In general though, the best way to predict the future is to look to the past.
I guess we’ll find out if the portal info comes out early this week

Since the heads up portal email last year came out on Thurs 3/10/16 and that email has not issued yet for this cycle. And also ND is closed next week for spring break, although it is possible that the admissions office doesn’t take off this time of year.

They released decisions on a Monday for REA. It could be 100% different for RD, of course
They release at 6:42pm which is 18:42 miltirary time and that is the year ND was founded
