I was told that in an email confirming that they had received some missing scores

by missing scores ur referring to SAT scores?? man ..how long are they gna take.
Anson225, did they say anything about resending other ppl's "missing" emails?if u do receive anything, please tell us.thanks!

I was just on the forums at NYU and they said that they started mailing on Dec. 10 and that everything should be mailed by Dec.11. Some letters would arrive Friday but it could be as late as Tuesday just depends on the speed of the post office.

thanks for the information crose, but im afraid that does not apply to international applicants like me who did not receive anything yet.

Winston - Yeah this was a while back. My ACTs and SAT IIs were missing about a month ago. They emailed to confirm that they had come in, and said that.

Ive been keeping up with this thread since the beginning. I finally jumped aboard. I'm so nervous....im a CA dude ready to venture to the NYC!! I have a feeling i wont know till monday or tuesday...

that sucks, ED decisions are suppose to make us either relieved or get going on other apps, but now, im stuck in the middle. dont wanna work on other apps, but afraid that if i dont, i wouldnt get anything ready before 12/31(for RDs).

I know. I can't function.

i can't sleep enough/comfortably.

this is killing me.

same! i've just been watching pr0n hah

Well, today is a new day. Lets see if we get some letters rolling in today. I really hope so.
(sigh) About 5 more hours until the mail comes.

for me. about 3 1/2 hours... =]

Yeah... As soon as I get back from my Ap stat exam, I will continue to stalk my mailbox.

wat time r u guys talking abt? 3 hrs until?

You guys are so lucky. My mail won't be here for another 6 hours, minimum. Arrrgghh... I think I am going to start pulling out my hair.

how come you know the exact time ur mail is coming??

Haha. I have been watching (okay, more like stalking) my mailbox and observing the time at which my mailman comes each day. For instance, he comes at 12:45 on Mondays, 13:45 on Tuesdays, 13:30 on Wednesdays...Saturdays around 13:00.

In the states the mail is pretty regular. The mailman does the same routes at pretty much the same time.

As for us we have to go to the Post Office. I check this am. Nothing from NYU; the post master did say that to flats of letters were not sorted when they arrived and they didn't know when they would be put in boxes. I guess we also well be waiting for Monday. Sigh.

wrldtrvlr...hahahahaha...that gave me a good laugh..hahaha...lol..thats definitely something to observe..ahhaa..good luck..i hope my email comes faster than ur mailman.

kcdunlap, where do u live?? dont they just send ur mails to ur house if there is one? and international applicants wait for emails, not mails, which come later, if im not wrong.

i don't even know when my mail comes, and it's KILLING me.
