<p>Do we need to submit new teacher recommendations to the colleges we ranked? This is very important to know. We may need new and formal letters of rec later in the process, don’t we?</p>
<p>@avakiantz: CommonApp is programmed to only let you pick one school to say Early Decision. Not all applicants in QuestBridge are applying to only one school, so it’s easier to just say they are all regular decision. Don’t worry about it, picking regular decision will still get to the colleges on November 1.</p>
<p>@zqbxhdzw: It depends on the college. They each have a specific list of requirements, and the ones that say they need CommonApp need the letters of recommendation. November 1 is the deadline, you don’t have to submit any more recommendations or essays after that.</p>
<p>You don’t need to get new reccomendations. You don’t need to write new essays. Use the common app almost as if you ahd never applied to questbridge. The colleges that you applied to through questbridge will understand that you have already applied, and do not expect you to redo everything you’ve done.</p>

<p>Yes. It will depend on where you plan on applying. Some WILL REQUIRE ANOTHER SET OF LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION AS WELL AS SUPPLEMENTS (among other things that they may require). So, do you research now!</p>

<p>There seems to be less traffic on this forum than previous years. Does that mean less QB applicants and a higher Finalist rate? Blind hope forces me to assume so! :D</p>
