Wasn't very happy with the rejection. But now I know I will end up at Caltech, so it's all good. Congrats to all that got accepted.

Tip for people who want to go to Stanford: spend your 4 years in high school pursuing activities/awards that are AMAZING. Also, start writing your essay during summer before senior year, and stress "intellectual vitality" in each essay. Cause grades and scores don't get you into Stanford :P

This admitted class looks very impressive. Everyone admitted "deserves" to be admitted, and some rejected probably did too. Please don't claim AA... that just sounds like excuse making.

And it definitely didn't hurt not knowing how to spell definitely correctly.

General Comments/Congratulations/Venting/Commiserations,etc:This was my only rejection - and yes, I am disappointed. At the same time, I have UCLA, USC and CMC to chose from....and would be happy to attend any of them. Congrats to all those who were accepted.
