Um what colors of things do we have to memorize? :(

i was doing this a bunch yesterday, found it on quizlet

[Flame Test flashcards | Quizlet](http://quizlet.com/2398638/flame-test-flash-cards/)

do we need to know ions/solution/precipitate colors?

How was the test guys?.. It was really hard…

It was not that hard . No blank hope i will only get a few wrong

it was hard… i remember there were being few hard questions on the test… do you remember?

A few hard but not hard overall.Hope i will get 800.

^ there was one question about the plant fertilizer… i got it wrong… what did you put

anyone else feel crunched for time? I skipped all but one of the balancing equations I think.

I usually finish the chem exam in 45 minutes, but today it took me 57 minutes and I couldn’t even check any of the hard questions…Yes, it was crunched. :frowning: There were so many balancing equations!

I guessed 4 of them. Hopefully the curve is good…

Does anyone remember what they put for what would be the same for 500mL distilled water and 500mL of 20g sugar molecule?

Sent from my SCH-I535 using CC

exactly how I felt. I was finishing Barrons and PR tests yesterday with 15 minutes to spare, sometime even more. But this test had like 4 balancing problems, which each took a considerable amount of time.

It’s was pretty difficult for me, I had no time to check over any questions like I did for the Barron’s practice tests. I omitted one balancing equation question because I didn’t have enough time to finish it.

I said conductivity for the sugar in the distilled water thing, the rest of them were colligative properties, i Believe, so they change when you had something in it

i put conductivity as well.

erggg the CE questions threw me offf… i had to go back to them in the end :[

/hey guys, for the CE’s how many CE’s did you guys get?

i got very few… :[ and were there two tests? the fertilizer/glass question wasn’t on my test

Ya, I’m not sure about that fertilizer one. I got one CE but I did skip a few in that section.

What was the one that was like which ion is colorless in solution? I’m pretty sure I got it wrong…

DISREGARD ALL THIS

Today I learned that I am a total idiot. Thank you Niceboat for pointing this out for me :p

There was one question that I am almost positive there was no right answer for. It was number 33 and it went something like this (not exactly):

2XO3 → 2X + 302

I’m not sure what X was, but I know the molar mass of the first compound was like 58g or something. The question asked if 5.8 grams of XO3 are used in the reaction, what is the expected yield of 02, in grams. I thought you would just do .15*96(mass of 02 times 3) but the nearest answers were either 4.8, 9.6, or 18.8

These are just rough estimates from my memory, but if anybody knows what I’m doing wrong, it would be greatly appreciated.
