OK! So what were your examples for the essay? I talked about M.C. Escher's incorporation of both science and creativity in his artwork, thus showing disagreement with the statement.

...And the multiple-choice section? I don't remember any specific examples, but on a whole I felt pretty comfortable.

No, that statements means you are more likely to get more done if you just work at a good pace instead of worrying about time every couple of minutes.

o shyt..i just spoke bout colors in painting and colors in science..heh..yikes and music..with time and waves etc..and umm deterioration..i dont know..i suck..lets just see what happens

I kinda talked about that too; it doesnt matter 'what' you said, but 'how' you said it. So as long as you wrote the essay well, i think we should be fine.

ummm its not just how you write the essay. writing well will only get you so far. you need good well thought out examples, and structure and all that.

true, but even if the examples u gave were construed, but well organized and structured to make sense, then you should get a good score. Note that structure is under 'how' not 'what'.

I had Da Vinci as both artist and scientist(biology), the scientific revolution and the enlightment art, and the advent of new artistic mediums (oil paint, and acrylic). Oh btw, we don't need a title right?

hzjames, i did da vinci too. i talked about his work in art, anatomy and inventions. my second example was jules verne, his "art" of writing dreamed about submarines and man going to the moon that eventually happened. at the end of the essay i talked about scientists looking into time travel and cold fusion, having been inspired by fiction.

my conclusion paragraph talked about how they cannot advance alone. my example was it had to be a scientist that created paint and stuff like that.

i gave more importance to science in my essay..like theres nothiing in the world that has no connection to science..everything is connected to science and theres always a scientific explanation to everything..like the colors on a piece of paper..etc

kayoshin: "So as long as you wrote the essay well, i think we should be fine."

I hope so! I had no idea what to write about and somehow ended up saying that arts and sciences should be completely separate. I know, hard to imagine, but i defended it eloquently, so hopefully the writing itself will override the topic itself!

I wrote about the feat of the soccer manager Guss Hiddink, who combined scientific strategies and artistic techniques commonly called "art soccer". So I stated in conclusion that even though arts and science are somewhat different, they can produce synergiric effects in some fields like sports if they are combined harmoniously.
... in short, it was an extremely weird essay... -_-...

In my essay i explain thee similarity btwn the art and science, which is both detail-oriented, then described how they interact with each other in the real world, such as the auto-producer tended to hire artists to design car models according to people's taste while the engineers work on thier practical use...

I used 3 paragraphs, I think I can at leat got a 10 on that essay, hoping to break 650 in writing...come on supporting me people...
