Literally thought the same about lightbulbs with the Menlo Park thing LOL
@kylde12396 I put the nuclear one too!
I put expanding cities, but it was a guess.
Just looked it up. Menlo Park was the first industrial research lab! Thank god for lightbulbs
Oh man, I think I put railroads for the electric car one. I think it was cities though.
expanding cities since it was getting harder to walk all the way across cities
and industrial for menlo
What were the other options for the electric car one
What’d you guys put for the nuclear bomb cartoon? I put domino effect…
I think that one was massive retaliation @talkthetalk
@TalkTheTalk I think that was massive retaliation, because that has to do with nuclear strategy and responding with force. The Domino Effect is countries falling to communism
It was massive retaliation
I’m quite sure that the question about the DOI was which of the following WERE, not “were not”. I don’t think Locke was an answer choice but Voltaire was and i put down “grievances aganst the king”
I guess we’ll have to wait on that one, cause the answer choices definitely were weird
Surprised, there was nothing really on the Vietnam War at all, or the Populist/Progressives
what do you all think the curve will be? 800? 750? 700?
@ayylmao1 Yeah, exactly what I thought.
@kylde12396 There were a few things on the progressives, such as the questions on the muckrakers, and I can’t remember, but there were like two/three questions. But yeah, nothing on populists and the Vietnam War. The test seemed pretty surprising; it focused way too much on the colonial era! My APUSH teacher never covered anything post-1980s or pre-1600s, and the test had questions on those eras. :((
There was a question about the tet offensive though. Also, was the Spanish American war when the U.S. Got its first overseas possessions?
@whiterwalt7 Do you mean by increments of getting one wrong? If so, you’re crazy. The curve on USH is usually pretty good. It’s been known that you can get 7-9 wrong and still get an 800. I’d expect it’d be even better due to the fact that so many kids from APUSH took it and the renovated course didn’t go into nearly enough detail this year.
@Mango920452 was the answer to the Tet offensive question about increased American suspicion about military actions in Vietnam or something along those lines?
