what was the last question...the one about brooklyn park...I just said to omit it... Lol that one was funny it was definetly omit NO relation to the paragraph

yeah, I was thinking about putting the secular answer because that was the only one that I knew was an opposite for sure...does anyone remember what went with hedonistic in the answer choice?

you are obviously suppose to omit the last one since that stuff they added was random as heck. I'm guessing maybe i got a 80 on math.

I said omit the thing about the park for the Nellie Bly writing passage.

ok another one, which of the following weakens the telepathetic thing as being just an enviromental factor?
A they have different hobbies or something
B something
C She used telepathy from far away
D they preferred using telepathy
E they dont understand each others feelings or something

wow, I didn't think that it went that bad, but now I think I made a bunch of stupid mistakes...like on that math one with the circle, I put 4 instead of 1/4

it was austere/hedonistic. austere didn't make sense at all. Incongruous worked perfectly for the first spot, secular worked pretty well for the second.

I put that they use telepathy even when far away...but I didn't know for sure

ya thats what i put...very unclear because none of those disprove the topic though...

i put they didn't understand each others' needs and desires

for the telepathy passage...what was the difference between passage 1 and 2...the choices were something like they both idealize telepathy, one is an event the other is reminiscence, etc.

am0000: The one with the "m" variable could only be the first choice..If p were 1/12, m would be 1, so it need not be an integer..that also shows that m can be an odd integer as well as an even one.

doesn't that reinforce the fact that they don't know whats on each other's minds?

E they dont understand each others feelings or something

But it was worded very differently .... Basically it was saying that they look at things differently, so enviornmental factors would lead to different thoughts.

It wouldn't be across a great distance. It never implied that in the passage. What it did say was that telepathy occured as a backup, when the situtation didn't use communication verbally. Something like that anyway.

My 2 cents at least

Incongruous - yeah, I figured in be similar to congruent :P, worked in my favor

the first was a person investigating telepathy and second someone reminscing about their experiences with it

i feel like such an idiot......

for the math one with the I II III, i knew r didnt have to be an integer because r = 1/2 and m = 6.....but then i stopped there.....and thought it had to be I and III.....i never noticed 1/12 would make m=1 and it didnt have to be even......&$&%*. there goes merit.

Yep I agree with all the telepathy answers so far

what do you think the curve will be like...I'm really bad at guessing and I have no clue how I did either

what did you get for the tone of the first passage? something like
A curiosity

and that last one, what was the

for the telepathy passage i think they had something about the tone in the italic paragraph above the passage so i just used that
